IRT Cataferal: It's been going for about a year now, mainly because I had long, hibernation period while working on it. It's a fanfic right now, and it's probably the biggest project I've ever done.

I don't think it's illegal, especially because it's not the game or anything, and it's not commercial material (i.e. the owner's commercial activity does not lie in selling or revealing these pictures). If anything, it's illegal for the leakers, most surely if they had signed an NDA. So you can post them, I think.

If you want a lawyer's opinion, it may very well be legal or illegal, depends on how much money do you and the other side have.
